SHIPPING: We ship UPS or FedEx Ground unless you specify otherwise.
When prepaying orders BY CHECK add 10% of order total for shipping east
of the Mississippi, 15% west of the Mississippi. (minimum $7.50) This
does not include freight shipments. When orders are sent OPEN ACCOUNT,
CREDIT CARD OR COD the actual shipping amount will be charged. Shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and shipping by freight is more expensive.

CANADIAN ORDERS: For shipments to Canada, we will add the actual cost of the shipping to your invoice. You will pay any brokerage, duty, GST, and any other fees directly to the shipper (UPS, Postal Service, Fedex) prior to delivery.
FOREIGN ORDERS: These must be prepaid in U.S. funds. We will quote
shipping after we know size, weight, and value of shipment.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Examine and count all packages carefully.
If parts arrive damaged, contact the carrier immediately. (BE SURE TO
KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL.) The claims inspector will not accept responsibility
for damaged merchandise without seeing the carton it was shipped in. Mill
Supply is not responsible for damaged merchandise that can not be properly
examined by the claims inspector. Multiple package shipments may not arrive
on the same day.
RETURN POLICY: A return authorization number must be obtained
before returning any merchandise. Returned goods are subject to a 10%
restocking charge. Goods may only be returned within 60 days of purchase.
You will receive a credit for returned merchandise. Upon your instructions,
we will issue a refund check provided your check has cleared the bank.
If the merchandise was paid by Visa, Master Card or Discover Card, we
will credit your credit card immediately. |
