On-line - Click on any item or link or our "On-line
Store" button. Follow instructions in store to add merchandise
and check out. Established customers can use "open account",
COD or our SECURED Credit Card entry. New customers may use SECURE
Credit Card entry only. NOTE: (click 'Online Store' to visit our web
store. Choose items by category, sub-category and select item by putting
a 1 or bigger number in the box on the left of the item, click 'detail'
or 'update' or 'Enter Customer Info'. Shopping cart is automatically
updated. When filling in 'Customer Info', use 10 digit phone number,
zip code required as well as state. Also, if a company name is entered,
the Tax ID number will need to be entered and choose customer type.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Phone in your order 8-5 EST Monday-Friday and charge it to your Visa,
Master Card, Discover Card or American Express. You can also mail in your
order and pay by Credit Card, check or money-order. There is a $20.00
charge on uncollected checks. By prepaying your order you save the $6.00
COD collection fee. Include your daytime phone with your order. See SHIPPING
for more information.

GUARANTEE: Mill Supply's guarantee is equal to or better than what each
manufacturer furnishes. In no case is it greater than the cost of the
merchandise. All prices are F.O.B. Cleveland and are subject to change

SHIPPING: We ship UPS or FedEx Ground unless you specify otherwise.
When prepaying orders BY CHECK add 10% of order total for shipping east
of the Mississippi, 15% west of the Mississippi. (minimum $7.50) This
does not include freight shipments. When orders are sent OPEN ACCOUNT,
CREDIT CARD OR COD the actual shipping amount will be charged. Shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and shipping by freight is more expensive.
Please call for a price quote.
CANADIAN ORDERS: We are a nonresident importer and will pay all
import fees when you add 40% to your parts order. This will cover shipping,
handling, duties, brokerage and GST. Payment must be in U.S. funds. (Credit
Card or Postal Money Order only)
FOREIGN ORDERS: These must be prepaid in U.S. funds. We will quote
shipping after we know size, weight, and value of shipment.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Examine and count all packages carefully.
If parts arrive damaged, contact the carrier immediately. (BE SURE TO
KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL.) The claims inspector will not accept responsibility
for damaged merchandise without seeing the carton it was shipped in. Mill
Supply is not responsible for damaged merchandise that can not be properly
examined by the claims inspector. Multiple package shipments may not arrive
on the same day.
RETURN POLICY: A return authorization number must be obtained
before returning any merchandise. Returned goods are subject to a 10%
restocking charge. Goods may only be returned within 60 days of purchase.
You will receive a credit for returned merchandise. Upon your instructions,
we will issue a refund check provided your check has cleared the bank.
If the merchandise was paid by Visa, Master Card or Discover Card, we
will credit your credit card immediately. |
